ICTV, GLOOLABS REACH AGREEMENT
FOR GLOONET AVAILABILITY ON HEADENDWARE;

Service Enables Set-Top Box Access to PC Media Files

LOS GATOS, CA and PALO ALTO, CA, February 23, 2005 - ICTV™, creator of HeadendWare®, the broadband industry's most powerful platform for the delivery and distribution of compelling interactive content, and GlooLabs™, Inc., a developer of multimedia platforms for the digital convergence market, today announced an agreement for the availability of the GlooNet™ service on the HeadendWare platform.

The agreement will enable subscribers to HeadendWare-powered interactive television services to access via digital set-top boxes personal music, photo and video collections stored on their computers. By simply installing the GlooNet software on any personal computer, subscribers can navigate and play music or view photos and video through their televisions, using standard TV remote controls. In addition, subscribers will be able to share content from their computers with other subscribers to HeadendWare-based services who may not have Internet access or a personal computer.

ICTV will demonstrate the GlooLabs application at the CableLabs Winter Conference February 27-March 2 in Westminster, CO.

"There has always been a disconnect in terms of storage and optimum playback of digital media files," said Jonathan Symonds, vice president, marketing and business development for ICTV. "While the files are stored on PCs in home offices or work areas, the ideal listening and viewing environment often is a television-focused family or living room. By making the GlooNet service available on digital set-top boxes, ICTV is enabling subscribers to enjoy their personal media collections under the best conditions."

"Our goal in developing the GlooNet service has been to make digital content remotely available from any device," said David Arfin, CEO of GlooLabs. "The unique ability of the HeadendWare platform to support high quality images and audio and ICTV's growing traction in the domestic and international marketplaces made them a natural partner for deployment of our service over digital set-top boxes."
