David
Arfin, Chief Executive Officer
David Arfin is an experienced entrepreneur with strong financial, business
development, and problem-solving skills. Prior to GLOOLABS, Arfin was
co-founder, chief financial officer, and vice president of business
development for Flywheel Communications, an Internet rights-based management
company.
Arfin
has pioneered new technologies in the legal industry. As founder and
CEO of CLE Group, Arfin developed and marketed the award-winning software,
The Interactive Courtroom, and cle-Net, the first online continuing
education program. In 1996, Practicing Law Institute (PLI) acquired
CLE Group. Following the acquisition, Arfin created PLI's Interactive
Media Division, and continued to serve as its director for three years.
Arfin
holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and
an MA in public policy analysis from Claremont Graduate University.
He received a BA in political science from the University of California,
Los Angeles, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Edward
A. Oates
Edward A. Oates is co-founder and former vice president of Oracle Corporation
where, with other founders, he designed and implemented the company's
ubiquitous relational DBMS. In 1995, he purchased Audible Difference,
a high-end audio/video retailer and custom installation business. Oates
retired from Oracle in 1995, to pursue his interests in start-up companies.
Today, he serves as a technology advisor to several start-up companies
with promising technologies, including GLOOLABS.
Len
Lehmann
Len Lehman founded OneWorld Systems (NASDAQ: OWLD), formerly Global
Village Communications, Inc. in 1989 and served as chairman of the Board
of Directors. The company developed communication systems for personal
computers and small workgroups that were purchased by more than six
million users of Windows, OS/2 and Macintosh systems.
Peter
Detkin
Peter Detkin is a managing director with Intellectual Ventures, a private
entrepreneurial partnership. Prior to joining the partnership, he spent
eight years as Intel Corporation's vice president and assistant general
counsel, responsible for patents, licensing, litigation and competition
policy. Detkin is a member of the state bars of California and New York,
and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark
Office.
Karen Alter
Karen Alter joined Intel Corporation in 1992 and became the youngest female Vice President in Intel's history. Alter spearheaded the development and strategy for the PentiumŪ brand, leading its global launch. She also assumed co-management of Intel's worldwide press and analyst relations team, in which she managed Intel's relationships with semiconductor industry analysts. Alter's last role at Intel was Vice President and Director, Microprocessor Marketing and Business Planning.

Nass
Clifford Nass is a professor at Stanford University's Department of
Communications. He is co-director of the university's Social Responses
to Communications Technology (SRCT) Project. A prolific author, Nass's
most recent book is titled The Media Equation: How People Treat Computers,
Televisions and New Media Like Real People and Places.
Laura Lilyquist
Laura has 20 years of experience in the telecom and computer industries, in both large public companies and emerging start-up companies. Her background spans corporate development, business development, strategic planning, corporate investing, product marketing, product management, financial planning, technology licensing and international management. Currently, Laura is a founder and general partner of The Edge Venture Partners, an early stage fund she is raising with three partners. Most recently, she was the Director of Worldwide Business Development for the Consumer and Mobile Systems Group at Sun Microsystems.
Eric Dunn
Eric Dunn is the former Intuit CTO, CFO and Quicken software architect. He now serves as a consumer financial products advisor. Dunn's 14-year career with Intuit included roles as CFO, Quicken software architect, vice president international, general manager of the Quicken and online banking businesses, and senior vice president of technology and CTO. A summa cum laude Harvard graduate with an A.B. in physics, Eric also earned an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and graduated as a Baker Scholar.
Yuval Shahar
Yuval Shahar is CEO of P-Cude, providing the company with overall direction, vision,
leadership and execution, with close to 20 years of proven experience in network infrastructure product strategy and development. Prior to P-Cube Yuval co-founded Pentacom (1998) and developed one of the first web appliances leading to the creation of Infogear (1995). Both companies were acquired by Cisco. Prior to co-founding Pentacom, Yuval served as VP of R&D at VocalTec leading to the development of the first VoIP network architectures and standards, going public with the company (1996). Previously, Yuval worked on data and voice communications products and protocols at National Semiconductors and Motorola.
